What is CPR Training Labs AHA BLS Certification?

CPR Training Labs BLS Certification is an innovative program for American Heart Association BLS Provider certification that combines online learning with hands-on training. Complete the adaptive AHA Heartcode BLS course from the comfort of your home—and then register for a one-hour, in-person skills assessment at our training center.

You have two options for your hands-on session:

  • Virtual Instructor-Guided: A live, virtually connected instructor will guide you through chest compressions, rescue breathing, and AED usage on advanced feedback-enabled manikins.
  • Self-Guided: Proceed at your own pace while a virtual instructor supervises in the background and remains available for support.

The adaptive course adjusts to your level of expertise—the online module may take less than an hour for experienced learners or up to two hours for beginners.

Intended Audience

This course is designed for healthcare professionals and students with clinical responsibilities who must be prepared to perform lifesaving interventions in cardiac or respiratory emergencies.

Course Topics

  • High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
  • Automated External Defibrillator (AED) usage
  • Rescue breathing techniques
  • Two-rescuer CPR
  • Choking emergencies management

Certification

Upon successful completion of both the online and hands-on components, you will receive a two-year American Heart Association BLS Provider eCard.
